We currently only offer UK shipping and aim to process all orders within 2 working days (this can be longer during busy periods).
For small orders of 3-4 items we use Royal Mail 1st Class.
For all other orders we use Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will send you the tracking details once the items have been dispatched.
Yes, all our products are individually packaged and shipped in fully recyclable packaging that can be included with your paper and cardboard recycling.
We hope you are happy with your online purchase, but if you are not, or you have simply changed your mind, please return the items in their original condition and packaging . Please email info@divideandrule.uk to let us know to expect your return within 14 days of receipt. Your refund will be processed upon receipt. Returns must be received within 14 days. Please ensure a copy of your dispatch note is enclosed.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

All our products are intended for use with pens and pencils. They are safe for use with digital devices including tablets, Ipads and touchscreen laptops that use styluses.
They are not suitable for use with cutting implements or on cutting matts.
All our products are for interior use only. We recommend protecting the products when in transit to avoid damaging vulnerable points or edges. If they becomes marked we recommend cleaning them with a warm damp cloth and drying them thoroughly afterwards.
In the event of any of the products getting wet dry them off immediately. Prolonged exposure to water can cause permanent damage.
All our products are made in the UK at our workshop in Swindon. Materials are all produced in Europe. Other components and packaging are all from the UK.
All our products are produced from fully recyclable MDF that meets Class E1 requirement (analysed according to EN 120) as defined in EN 622-1:2003 European Standard.
