The Circle Tool & Rule 0.25-4"Ø is a combination circle drawing tool and ruler. Able to draw circles from 0.25" to 8" diameter at 0.25" increments. The centre point has a small brass pin with horizontal and vertical guide lines for easy locating in place. The two sides have 4" rules with incremental millimetre marks to both long edges allowing for the rule to be used to measure from the left or right. The back of the long edge of the rule has a bevel to minimise ink smudging.
